Walk in a city
Blackened with tears,
Feeding on the signs and the branches,
Putting my mouth to huge barrels and fountains,
Dragging wrought iron under my feet.
It's love and it's beyond care.
It took place on the cobbles
A minor transaction
Payment for a piece of string or a shoelace
From one iron-shod to another.
It’s incalculable.
Float through the shades,
Moments thickening on the desktop.
They never meet their debts.
I disperse
Son father son
Holy City
In the camera
